What’s Included

What does the secluded wedding ceremony include?

Your ceremony package includes all lighting for evening weddings, arch and arch drapery, lectern, pedestal (for unity candle or unity sand), and reserved seating signs. The bride has a hard surface to walk on the entire way to her forever love. All outside areas are sprayed for mosquitoes regularly.

What does the fully air-conditioned barn include?

Our barn features a large decorative chandelier, ceiling drapery, string lights, a rustic bar, whiskey barrels, farm-style tables, and round tables. We also offer multiple table linens, table runners, and decoration options. With a 72″ TV with surround sound audio and a microphone for slideshows or photos, you have everything you need for your event.

What does the bridal suite at Rustic Grace Barn include?

Our air-conditioned bridal suite includes great natural lighting, Wi‑Fi, a Bluetooth speaker, a large mirror, and 4 four vanity mirrors.

What does the bar at Rustic Grace Barn include?

Our air-conditioned groom’s suite includes a large‑screen cable TV, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth speaker, and a large mirror.

Venue Details & Amenities

How many guests can your venue accommodate?

Rustic Grace Barn can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests, but could go up to 175. The total count must include wedding parties and all children.

Do you have a fire pit?

Yes. A large brick paver fire pit with chairs, an attendant, and s’mores are available as an upgrade to your selected package.

Do you offer a grand send-off?

Yes. We can add a sparkler grand exit, bubbles, or streamers.

How late can you rent the venue for?

At Rustic Grace Barn, you can enjoy your wedding celebrations until 11:00 p.m Friday and Saturday. While your guests can’t stay on site past 11:00 p.m., there are plenty of options within a drivable distance.

Do you have a private parking lot?

Yes. We do have a private parking lot, along with a parking attendant, ample parking, adequate lighting, parking out of view of photos, and shuttle service for guests, if needed.

If we book our date at Rustic Grace Barn, can we take engagement photos on site?

Engagement/save-the-date photos can be taken on-site at a mutually agreed-upon time. Multiple scenic spots, such as a pond with a fountain, sunsets, and barn doors, make this the perfect spot for your engagement photos as well.

Your Event Day Experience

How does wedding catering work?

You can choose between Rustic Grace’s preferred vendors, who offer a variety of choices. All catering packages include a dining package with your choice of gold or silver flatware, glass plates, charges, goblets, and drinks like sweet tea, and water.

What's the difference between a wedding coordinator and a wedding planner?

Our wedding coordinator will meet with you one week before your wedding, review all signed contracts and confirm logistics, complete a final walk-through, manage rehearsal, and oversee everything on your wedding day.

Our wedding planner will work with you on planning from day one until the day after your wedding, schedule and attend all vendor meetings, create detailed timelines and floor plans, help determine and manage your budget, review all contracts, attend site tours and menu tastings, coordinate hotel rooms and transportation, brainstorm style ideas, and help coordinate design details, execute your vision on-site, manage rehearsal, complete final walk-through, oversee everything on your wedding day, and above all, making sure you have a stress free wedding day!

For wedding rentals, is it only for the wedding day?

How long is the wedding DJ playing music?

Our included wedding DJ will play the wedding ceremony + your 4.5-hour cocktail and reception, keeping the party alive with your guests dancing the night away.
