The Bride's Retreat
Tucked inside the barn, this elegant space is designed with the bride in mind, featuring plush seating, full-length mirrors, and plenty of natural light. It’s the perfect spot to relax, laugh, and get ready for your walk down the aisle.
The Groom's Lounge
Just steps from the barn, the Groom’s Suite is your personal retreat for the big day. Unwind with a large-screen TV, games to play, and a mini fridge to keep your drinks chilled. A full-size mirror and comfortable seating ensure you’re looking and feeling your best—relaxed, refreshed, and ready to have the best day.
Additional Venue Information
Booking & Payment
A signed contract and a retainer must be on file to secure your event date. The remaining balance can be arranged through a payment plan with final payment due 60 days prior to event.
Vendor Requirements
All vendors must be approved, licensed, and insured. Rustic Grace offers a day-of coordinator for ceremonies and receptions, allowing you to hand over those responsibilities to our coordinator so you can fully enjoy your special day. You are permitted to hire any additional vendors (except for bar service), provided they supply a certificate of liability insurance, possess the necessary licenses and are approved by Rustic Grace. A guest cannot simultaneously act as a vendor, nor can a vendor serve as a guest at the same time.

Child Supervision
We kindly request that all children be supervised at all times during your celebration. For safety reasons, Rustic Grace does not permit:
- Running inside the venue
- Playing in the bridal or groom suites
The venue and staff are not liable for any injuries. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of their children throughout the event.
For events where alcohol is served, if more than five children are in attendance, we may request that a designated sitter be arranged to help ensure their safety. Thank you for helping us create a safe and enjoyable evening for everyone!
