Our indoor/outdoor wedding venue offers so much comfort to your wedding guests! Rustic Grace Barn can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests. The total count must include wedding parties and all children. Be sure your count includes anyone who will need a seat. While were are a secluded wedding venue in central Florida, we are still very close to the bigger cities and airports making it the perfect destination for you and your guests.
We understand that you want a fun wedding reception! At Rustic Grace Barn you are able to enjoy your wedding celebrations until 11:00 pm. The fun doesn't have to stop there. Our central Florida location offers the benefit of city life not too far from us. While your guests can't stay on site past 11:00 PM, there are plenty of options for them not too far from us.
All lighting for evening weddings, arch, arch drapery, lectern, pedestal (for unity candle or unity sand), and reserved seating signs. The bride has a hard surface to walk the entire way to her forever love. All outside areas are sprayed for mosquitos regularly.

You can choose between Rustic Grace's vendors, who offer a variety of choices. All catering comes with a dining package that includes your choice of gold or silver silverware, glass plates, charges, and goblets. Sweet tea, coke, sprite, and water.
Our included wedding DJ will play the wedding ceremony + your 5-hour reception. Our included wedding DJ will play your favorite songs and keep the party alive with your guests dancing the night away.

Engagement/save-the-date photos can be taken on-site at a mutually agreed-upon time. Multiple scenic spots, 1947 Ford farm tractor, bride swing, pond with fountain, sunsets, barn doors.

Yes, we our barn wedding venue does have a private parking lot along with parking attendant, ample parking, adequate lighting, parking out of view of photos, and shuttling for guests, if needed.
Our wedding coordinator will meet with you 4-8 weeks before your wedding, review all signed contracts and confirm logistics, complete a final walk-through, manage rehearsal, and oversee everything on your wedding day.
Our wedding planner will schedule and attend all vendor meetings, create detailed timelines and floor plans, help determine and manage your budget, review all contracts, attend site tours and menu tastings, coordinate hotel rooms and transportation, brainstorm style ideas, and help coordinate design details, execute your vision on-site, manage rehearsal, complete final walk-through, oversee everything on your wedding day (make sure you have a stress-free wedding day)!!
