A signed contract and a retainer must be on file to secure your date for any event. The remaining balance can be set up on a payment plan.
All vendors are required to be approved, licensed, and insured.
Rustic Grace Barn provides a day-of coordinator for all ceremonies and receptions. This service is designed to assist you in meticulously planning every detail of your wedding, allowing you to entrust those details to our coordinator so that you may fully enjoy your special day.
You are permitted to engage any additional vendors (with the exception of bar service) for your wedding, provided that they furnish a certificate of liability insurance and possess the appropriate licenses. A list of preferred vendors will be provided upon booking to facilitate your search.
Please be advised that a guest cannot also serve as a vendor, and a vendor cannot simultaneously be a guest.
To protect both you and Rustic Grace Barn, the client must purchase a customizable day of insurance policy as listed in the contract. These policies typically cost less than $120.00 and provide liability protection for accidents, damages, etc.

Alcohol may be served at your event. ALL alcohol must be served by approved, licensed, and insured bartenders. Shots of liquor and drinks served straight up are prohibited. All alcohol must be kept behind the bar at all times. Alcohol may not be left available for guests to serve themselves. BYOB and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited. Outside alcohol will be disposed of. Bar service will be stopped no later than 30 minutes before your event end time.
Smoking will only be allowed in the designated outside areas. A cleaning fee will be applied for any cigarette butts left on the ground. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue, bridal suite, groom's suite, or front porches.
Children's Supervision Policy
We kindly ask that all children be supervised at all times during your celebration. For safety reasons, Rustic Grace does not allow:
* Running inside the venue
*Playing in the bridal or groom suites
*Playing near or swimming in the pond
The venue and staff are not liable for any injuries. Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children throughout the event.
For events where alcohol is served, if there are more than five children in attendance, we may ask that a designated sitter be arranged to help ensure their safety.
